We want you to be absolutely obsessed with your Trixie Cosmetics purchase, but we understand that sometimes a shade isn't your perfect match. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging and were purchased directly from our official website within the last 30 days.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different shade.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items. Drop the package off at any authorized carrier location to send it back to our pink warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
